About Us

We are a team of experienced and energetic lawyers, concentrating on providing legal solutions to the business sector and high net worth individuals. Our firm currently comprises 10 lawyers. We are organised around 3 main areas.

Our business team provides a comprehensive service in corporate law, taxation and intellectual property areas. We have handled substantial mergers and acquisitions in Ireland and in the UK, and have co-ordinated transactions in the USA, Holland and Belgium. Our trademark attorneys provide a wide range of services in relation to intellectual property matters and our company secretarial department assists in complying with the increasingly complex and severe regime of corporate regulation. We were one of the first firms in Ireland to set up an E-commerce Unit. We act for a range of enterprises doing business online, ranging from substantial multi-nationals (for whom we have co-ordinated their trademark activities throughout the world) to start-ups.

We provide a complete suite of services to any business establishing an operation in Ireland, including hiring staff, finding premises, protecting intellectual property, contracting with customers, dealing withlocal and governmental authorities and advising on compliance with Irish law.

We provide advice in relation to construction, public procurement and competition law.

Our litigation lawyers are experienced in handling, in a pro-active and cost-effective manner, commercial and corporate disputes. They have developed a special expertise in advising on employment contracts and in dealing with employment disputes. Our team advises on all aspects of the debt collection process.

Our property department has a wealth of expertise in all areas of commercial property. We act for property developers and investors, and for a number of leading lending institutions in the negotiation, perfection and review of security.
