If you believe that your data is being processed in violation of legal requirements, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

WHY DO WE NEED YOUR DATA?

Your data is processed for the purpose of informing you about potentially interesting content related to the activities of the Law Firm, sending commercial information, conducting direct marketing of our services, for general contact purposes, as well as to ensure your participation in webinars organized by us and to potentially pursue, establish, or defend against claims on our part.

WHY CAN WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR, i.e., your consent and our legitimate interest, which is to contact you, conduct direct marketing, and potentially pursue, establish, or defend against claims.

HOW LONG CAN WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?

Your data will be processed only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes of processing indicated in point III. above, and after that time for the time necessary to demonstrate the correctness of the performance of our obligations (usually the period of limitation of claims or obligations). If the legal basis for processing your personal data is consent, it will be processed no longer than until it is withdrawn.

WHO CAN WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH?

Your data may be transferred to entities providing hosting of our website or data, providers of IT tools and software, entities authorized on the basis of legal provisions, and other entities processing data on our behalf on the basis of appropriate data processing agreements.

DATA TRANSFER:

Your personal data may be transferred outside the EEA as part of our use of IT infrastructure (cloud computing, email). In such a case, the transfer will be carried out using Standard Contractual Clauses or regulations approved by the European Commission. You can obtain a copy of the data transferred to a third country by making such a request.

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for appropriate contact with you, receiving our newsletter and commercial information, conducting direct marketing by us, or ensuring your participation in webinars organized by us. Failure to provide your data will make the above actions impossible.
